M ছাড়া 3 জন sister এবং 3 জন brother হয়। আবার N ছাড়া 2 জন brother এবং দ্বিগুণ বোন মানে 4 জন sister হয়।
অর্থাৎ M + 3 জন sister + 3 জন brother = 7 জন
N + 4 জন sister + 2 জন brother = 7 জন
সুতরাং Q এর children মোট 7 জন।
